Manuela is a Licensed Estate Agent with 35 years direct property experience as an Owner-Builder, Buyer, Vendor and Landlord. 

Manuela has garnered an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Residential Real Estate growing up in a family of property investors. As a child, she tagged along as her mother bought, renovated and sold inner-city single-fronted Victorian homes in then-undervalued North CBD fringe suburbs Collingwood and Carlton.

Buying her first house in her late teens in pre-trendy East Prahran, she hasn’t looked back: Tweaking, renovating, gutting and building from scratch up to 3 properties at once, Manuela has the innate ability to visualise the potential in any property, and to ascertain and achieve each transformative and financial target.  

Manuela has personally renovated several  houses in Melbourne and shares that knowledge with clients and colleagues. Using empathy to understand her clients' needs, problem solving ensures she achieves their desired outcomes in a professional and timely manner.  

Manuela is an experienced buyers advocate specialising in the Port Phillip and Stonnington residential property market. Manuela's experience and advice shine through whether acting for a client as a buyer's advocate or vendor advocate ensuring the process of buying or selling your home is as smooth, timely and positive as possible.
