I have to admit that even in my most optimistic of moments, I expected that it would take us many attempts to secure a suitable property.  I am still pinching myself to realise that the project is complete already - and our property is in that location!  

I hate to think about how many weekends we would have lost and how much money we would have wasted and what level of property we would have settled for without your help.

I have known Miriam Sandkuhler for 12 years and have often shared mutual clients with her in a professional capacity.Most recently I have dealt with her in her role as a Buyer Advocate and Property Investment Advisor. Throughout this property transaction, I was extremely impressed with her knowledge, expertise, professionalism, attention to detail and her negotiation skills - all of which were used to the substantial financial benefit of the buyer. 

She used clauses in the contract of sale which were incredibly thorough and stringent for a Buyer Advocate. These enabled her to renegotiate the terms of the offer after a pre inspection indicated $35,000 worth of repairs being required on the property that was purchased. Had the inspections not been part of the conditions of the contract of sale, this could have spelt disaster for they buyer. However and due to the very specific clauses she used, Miriam was able to renegotiate the terms of the offer.

Having witnessed firsthand what Miriam does to protect her clients and secure the best deal possible, I would have no hesitation in referring any of my clients, family or friends to her to act as their Buyer Advocate or Property Investment Advisor.

As a Certified Practising Valuer or Sworn Valuer, my job is to provide fair and impartial assessments of property for a number of purposes including property settlement, tax and pre-sale or pre-purchase valuations. These valuations can either be assessed ‘as is’, or ‘as if complete’. We also specialise in investment property depreciation schedules.
