A Vendor Advocate will find the seller an appropriate selling property agent, explain the commission process to the seller and then negotiate the commission on behalf of the seller with the recommended selling agent. We will also do research to determine the best method for selling the property - either private sale or at auction.
Best of all, vendor advocacy is free. We simply share in the commission charged by the selling agent – hiring us will not cost you an extra cent!
We have a talent bank of service providers that we can make available to our clients if they require support in the areas of conveyancing, building and pest inspections, mortgage broking, depreciation schedules, property management and insurance. We do not accept referral fees for introductions to third parties and only request that our referral partners provide exceptional service to our clients.
