I have known Miriam Sandkuhler for 12 years and have often shared mutual clients with her in a professional capacity.Most recently I have dealt with her in her role as a Buyer Advocate and Property Investment Advisor. Throughout this property transaction, I was extremely impressed with her knowledge, expertise, professionalism, attention to detail and her negotiation skills - all of which were used to the substantial financial benefit of the buyer. 

She used clauses in the contract of sale which were incredibly thorough and stringent for a Buyer Advocate. These enabled her to renegotiate the terms of the offer after a pre inspection indicated $35,000 worth of repairs being required on the property that was purchased. Had the inspections not been part of the conditions of the contract of sale, this could have spelt disaster for they buyer. However and due to the very specific clauses she used, Miriam was able to renegotiate the terms of the offer.
