As a Certified Practising Valuer or Sworn Valuer, my job is to provide fair and impartial assessments of property for a number of purposes including property settlement, tax and pre-sale or pre-purchase valuations. These valuations can either be assessed ‘as is’, or ‘as if complete’. We also specialise in investment property depreciation schedules. 

I have dealt with Miriam Sandkuhler on a number of occasions and find her diligent, hard-working and proactive in her business relationships, to the point where I am extremely impressed with her as a person and her professionalism.

In our professions too often we find individuals or couples entering sometimes for the first time into the property market purchasing one of the biggest assets in their lives and (even with the best intentions) often make costly mistakes. What many people do not seem to realise is that by appointing an industry professional could easily save you tens of thousands of dollars. The trade-off between paying upfront fees versus buying property well in my opinion is well worthwhile. I highly recommend Property Mavens in the light of this opinion.
