Owner Occupier/Investor - the client had already selected the property to purchase.

Their strategy was to purchase a a property to rent out, generating them an income until they are ready to move into the area. 

OUTCOME

Purchased: at auction, $60,000 under Vendors reserve, we negotiated special conditions prior to auction to ensure the purchasers best interests were protected.

Also negotiated that the vendor would lease back the property f at the top of the market rental value.

Identified: no major concerns noted during due diligence period

Settlement outcome:  awaiting settlement
