Initially, we explored properties in the $850-900k range; however, we identified multiple properties that we were looking at that needed more cosmetic work than what we were prepared to consider. I discovered another property that was far more suitable which was off-market and newly renovated, offering lower maintenance and a great set-and-forget option. We managed to secure this at a very competitive price as in our opinion if this had gone to market we feel we wouldn’t have been able to secure this property within our budget.
