Congratulations to our latest Brunswick buyer, Samarah. Samarah needed an experienced Buyers Agent to bid for them at auction for a property they wanted to purchase. Samarah had completed her own assessment of the property and had a specific price limit. So she contact Property Mavens and engaged our Buyer Advocate service to bid on her behalf.
Investor – Being located interstate, Samarah was not able to attend the auction of a property that she had identified and wanted to purchase. The selling agent was not capable of dealing with remote bidders and required the bidder to be on site. Samarah contacted our Buyer Advocate the evening prior to the auction to engage our services. Property Mavens was able to obtain the required Power of Attorney authority the night before the auction and then attended the auction the following morning. The property was passed into us and we were able to negotiate an agreed purchase price $19,000 below the Vendor reserve and within the specific budget allocated by Samarah.
